Improvement Project that includes adding Lobby Upgrades such as new HVAC Equipment, Sink/Faucet, and new lighting layout. Reconfigure partitions in BOH/Educational space to include an administrative room, employee entrance, youth workshop/classroom, classroom/training, director’s office/production office, recording editing training lab, cosmetic & custom training lab.
Additional upgrades will include retractable seating, a stage trap, classrooms, workshops, and other supportive, flexible spaces for administration and day-to-day theatre operations.
