SUMMARY

New 7-Level; Multi-Use Building 82,287 SF Project consists of 79 residential units (within Culver City and City off LA) with a mix of studio micro, studio, 1-bedroom units, and 2-bedroom units. The Common Areas include a lobby, rec room, coffee bar, pool deck & spa, and rooftop deck. This would be 5 stories of construction Type IIIA over 2 stories of construction type IA podium at grade. Residential units are going to be included on level 3 through level 7 with Retail (2,915 SF) on the ground floor and 1 floor of subterranean parking. A total of 60 parking spaces provided for both retail and residential use.
