SUMMARY
Mixed use project consisting of 137 residential units along with approximately 2,957 SF of commercial space on ground floor. There are two subterranean parking levels and additional parking on Level 1. Residential portion is from level 2 to level 8. Building construction is a Type IIIA wood structure over Type IA podium structure. There will be 33 to 35 additional future ADU units, so the total number of residential units will be around 171 units (+-).
