SUMMARY
Mixed-use podium project consisting of six levels of Type IIIA construction over a tow levels Type IA concrete podium. The building includes 577 residential units which is combination of studio, 1-bed, 2-bed, and 3-bed units with total area of 555,141 SQFT. There are total of three commercial spaces with total commercial area of 93,016 SQFT.
